Hi,
I need to measure RS485 (differential signal) waveform whose baudrate is 10Mbps, the overflow, underflow, ring etc. in the waveform need to be captured.
any suggestion about the ADC? Is a 100MSPS enough? How about the interface to FPGA or MCU?
I have little expierence about the High Speed ADC.
