we have AFE4403 evm kit, how i can measure the % of spo2 and what are DC of red LED and IR LED parameters ? what the range of those values , please help us.

If you click on this link, http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slaa655/slaa655.pdf, the first page explains how to find the % SpO2 in equation 2. Figure 1, also on the first page, explains how to find the DC signal of the red LED and IR LED.
