TVP5146: latest version of patch code

Hi all,

My customer has the patch code, v03.0F.05 for TVP5146 (not TVP5146M2).

Is there any updated version of the patch code?
I cannot find any information in the below URL.

Also, my customer wants to confirm that whether the patch code (v03.0F.05) is covered
the all functions and specifications which are described in the datasheet (SLES084C) of TVP1546
or not because some registers are deleted from the previous version of the TVP1546 datasheet.
