Hello,
I would like to measure both the real and the imaginary part of the impedance for all the frequencies between 1kHz to 255 kHz.
I understand that my only option is to use the AC rectification as the I/Q demodulation has limitation to reach all the frequencies.
In the AFE 4300 datasheet, it is stated the following: "Although, with one single frequency or measurement, only the module of the impedance can be obtained; two different frequencies could be used to obtain both the real and the imaginary parts."
Could you explain me how to obtain both the real and the imaginary parts using 2 different frequencies?
Thank you for your help!
