ADS1299 Test Waveform Configuration and circuit schematics

Hi there,

We are working with the ADS1299 on a custom board with PIC18F4550 microcontroller and Bluegiga BLE112 for EEG.

Supposedly the ADS1299 has been configured for test waveform and we are seeing a rising falling pulse but it is polluted with distortion- a lot of noise is in the signal where there should be flatline. 

Please see screenshots of the signal parsed through bluetooth to proprietary Android app.

Please also see schematic of analog section of the circuit. 

Is there a recommendation on best way to configure test waveform?

Is there anyone in the community familiar with the ADS1299 who can assist in the Philadelphia region? Will pay for proper assistance.,.
