Hi,

Could you please let me know which of your products are fine for the input signal bandwidth is 500MHz and very low magnitude which is in a range from 10mV/20mV to 1.5V ? Also, can you please also give some prices of your products? Also, your products such as ADS54J20, ADC08D500 are chip or module?

Do you have any minimum performance requirements? SNR, SINAD, SFDR, ENOB?

Most of these ADCs have pricing on their web product folders for either 100 or 1000 unit quantities. This search linked below shows all products from 1 to 2 GSPS and resolutions from 8 to 12 bits:

I haven't finalized system design yet. I have one more question that SNR or SFDR given in datasheet are max values? What are the limits?

Datasheet values for SNR, SFDR, etc. may be either Typical values or Min/Max. The datasheet tables will indicate which type it is. See this example from the ADC12J4000 datasheet:
