Hi,

My customer is evaluating the ADS4249.

However EVM doesn't work with serial mode.(EVM does work with parallel mode).

The detail is following;

- The USB status doesn't light.

- The COM port is detected on the device manager and Port is set young number.

- The SPI signal outputs when pushing "Reset USB", however it doesn't output when pushing another button.

I attache the capture of GUI.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

    Kuramochi,

    There is a chance the FTDI device on the EVM has not been programmed. Run the FT Prog program using the attached instructions and software to verify this. If it is not programmed, follow the instructions in the Enumeration Validation document. Also verify the jumper settings match the figure below.
