TSW1400EVM-filmware error

Good morning

We have bought TSW1400EVM from Mouser Electronics and we have problem with firmware downloading. We are getting pop up with error which says ; JTAG_CHAIN_BROKEN_ERROR The JTAG chain was broken while loading the firmware. Is this part is with defection? can I get the confirmation from TI tech.crew back? I hope You will be able to read attached pdf file. Witing for Your answer

Catharina,

Can you verify if R55 is installed on the bottom of the board, located under the FPGA? If so, this can cause the problem you are seeing. You can either remove the part or send it to us and we will remove it for you. If R55 is removed, what version of OS are you using on your host PC?

Hi,

There isn´t R55. Picture is attached. We bought two TSW1400EVM one which is working don't have R55 also, so what is causing firmware error?

Can You open the attachement?

Can You veryfy this article is defective remotely? We need from Mouser the new one as soon as possible.
