I just bought a AFE4490SPO2EVM a few days ago. I followed page 36 of AFE44x0SPO2EVM User's Guide to capture a sample data like figure 44.But the GUI had nothing to display.Just showed some dialogs below:If AFE4490SPO2EVM is broken?

I am moving this question to the Medical Forum since their experts have experience with the EVM in question and should be able to provide you with the necessary support. You most likely have incompatible firmware & GUI versions that interrupt the communication. Please check and make sure you are using the latest software of both.

Did you update the firmware? If you click on the following link, you will arrive at the tools folder which will have the updated firmware available.
