TSW14J10, KC705, DAC87J82 and HSDC PRO 4.2 not working anymore

I have a DAC87J82EVM that used to work with a Xilinx KC705 eval board using the TSW14J10 interposer board, while using HSDC PRO 4.1.

I upgraded to HSDC Pro 4.2, and it doesn't seem to work anymore, and I am unable to download the older 4.1 version.

How can I download HSDC Pro 4.1, or get 4.2 working with the DAC87J82EVM?

The issue is that the PLLs seem to be unlocked even though I followed the instructions in the TSW14J10 user's guide, of changing the dividers on CLK0 and CLK12 (and enabling CLK12).
