TI support for LM97600

Dear Jim Brinkhurst,

I understand that you are TI's support person for the LM97600RB.

I am having trouble operating my board, i.e. it does not correctly Sync when I click "Sync Req" button in WaveVison5 GUI.

I have submitted a support ticket to TI, and I sent you a private message with details as well.

Can you provide me with assistance?

    Sorry for the delay.

    Did the board every achieve SYNC when you first started using it, or was this a problem with the first usage? If it initially worked, how long was it working for?

    Are you using the default internal clocking settings, or some other setting? If it is a different clock setting please provide a screenshot of the settings. I can try to duplicate your setup in my lab.

    Thank you for your response.

    The board did Sync properly when I received it. The board has not been used much ~ a few hours of On-time.
    Regarding the internal clock settings I was using the default WaveVision5 settings.

    The Sync problem developed suddenly and initially was intermittent (i.e. it required a few click before Sync'ing). Shortly thereafter it would not sync at all.
