ADS1298 front end evaluation options

Hi,

Is there any ADS1298 evaluation daughter card or evaluation board (just the front end only) which can be used to interface to external controller, in my case an RF transmitter like CC2560 or CC1101?

One option which I have evaluated is ADS1298ECG-FE Daughter card. Can this be used alone i.e. WITHOUT the MMB0 (Modular EVM motherboard) to connect to any TI's RF SOCs? Application is just to transmit 8 channel ECG data wirelessly to a central controller/processor for further manipulation and display.

Hi Hussnain,

At the moment, no, we don't have anything that can hook directly to the CC2560 or CC1101. If you have an available SPI port on one of those controller boards though, you can certainly hook the ADS1298 control lines into it. Use of the ADS1298ECGFE board is not restricted to the MMB0.
