How can I acquire signal from human body using ADS1298 ECG-PDK?

I am using ADS1298 ECG-PDK and we are acquiring signal from a human body. The acquired signal is so much noisy, and there is no sign of ECG signal. It is very difficult for me and even confusing that why it is happening like this. Help from everyone is requested and will be appreciated.
