We are about to use ADS1018-Q1 under the following condition.

Power Supply : GND - 5V

SPI 750kbps

Chip select : Low

Input : 0-5V single-end 3ch

Do you have a reference design using ADS1018 that we can refer?

Or, we appreciate if you could tell us some points that should be cared to design the circuit.

Thank you for your query. I would suggest you to refer to the below sections in ADS1018-Q1 datasheet (http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/ads1018-q1.pdf):

10 Power-supply Recommendations

11 Layout

Also, the datasheet is general is quite detailed and should help you get started.

For your application, you will need to use the +/-6.144 V full-scale range offered by the device.
