Hello,

I work for a company developing a board that is to utilize two ADC08D1520QML-SP A/D converters.  We are looking to build up a qualification board for temperature and shock testing and I was wondering if TI sold an engineering unit that was comparable such that we could use it in place of the space-grade ADC on the qualification board.  Any information would be very helpful.

    Hello Sebastian,

    Are you looking for a mechanical package sample or a product with a die inside?

    The ADC08D1520WGMPR is an engineering prototype unit that uses the same package and die as the flight part.  It does not get the full space processing and s only tested at room temperature, it might not have received burn-in and does not get the quality screening and testing of a space grade product.
