DAC38J82 DAC38J84 Frequency Response, SNR, SFDR, IMD3, Distortion, and NSD to 1 GHz

The datasheet graphs for the DAC38J82 and the DAC38J82 cover the frequency range up to 500 MHz.  However, I would like to operate the part from 500 Mhz to 1 GHz.  Do you have any extended graphs or additional data that covers the frequency response, SNR, SFDR, IMD3, Distortion, and NSD to 1 GHz?

    Kim,

    The DAC core have degraded performance for frequency range above 500MHz. You may take a look at the datasheet for performance at 500MHz to see if the performance could meet your current spec. If the spec does not look feasible, then most likely any frequencies higher than this will not be able to meet your system spec.

    We can certainly take a look at performance higher than 500MHz if you think the DAC can meet your system spec.

    Hi Kang,

    I would be interested in the performance above 500 MHz. Will I still have a sufficient DAC SNR above 500 MHz if I use BPSK or QPSK modulation?
