I can not find any information about the INL/DNL for this ADC (ADC34j44), are there any information about this?

If it has not been characterized then just an estimate would be interesting.

The typical worst case INL will be less than +/-2 LSBs and the typical worst case DNL will be less than +/-0.8 LSBs (we do gurantee no missing codes). We have data collection for this in queue, but it will be some time before we have that available. Are these typical numbers sufficient for your needs?
