High speed Analog Front End for Oscilloscope

Dear TI Community,

I am currently designing an High Speed Analog board for Oscilloscope and below are the specification details:

  • 3dB bandwidth of the board is DC to 200MHz.

  • Input Voltage peak-peak i.e. Vpp is 1mVpp (minimum) to 400Vpp (maximum).

  • Variable steps which can be controlled through digital logic / micro-controller.

  • Should have built-in high voltage protection circuit.

  • Output voltage range shall support max 40Vpp variable for input voltage range 1mVpp to 400Vpp.

  • Should have input coupling AC / DC / Ground.

I am new in this design. if anyone has idea about the oscilloscope front end design please share. The major issue is the selection of relay based on the attenuation level required. Please help us to find the design reference for 200Mhz.

Regards

Lakshmi
