Hello,

I observed that in the initial stages the output PPG waveform rings and then settles.Is it owing to some adaptive filtering to find the best setting?

I have not enabled the gain calibration meanwhile.

Do get back ASAP.

Can you check if the notch filter was enabled in the GUI during the data capture?

Yes praveen, the notch is ON. And could you tell me if there is any way I could time stamp my collected Data?

The ringing of the PPG waveform during the initial phase is due to the filter settling and should go away when the filter is turned off.
The current version of the GUI and the firmware does not support time stamping the data since there is no RTC on the board.
You could create a relative timing since the data from the AFE is at the predicted intervals (sampling rate).
The accuracy of the timing is limited by the crystal oscillator accuracy.
Additionally this would require firmware and GUI modifications.
