My customer is using the chip now and meet the problems below:
They use the SPI interface(clock rate 1.6Mhz) to read the ADC voltage. When read channel 1 at first and then read channel 2, the channnel 2 data isn't the right data. Then we read the channel many times, the datas are right.
The same process, if we read channel 2 at first, then read channel 1. The channel 1 data isn't right. Then channel 1 datas are right.
The tests done.
1.The waveforms(voltage) are the same when read the channel 1 then channel 2, or the channel 2 then channel 1.
2.The SPI signals (clock rate 1.6Mhz) are the same every times.
3. From the signal, the channel 1 then channel 2 and the channel 2 then channel 1 input signal are the same. Output digital data aren't right.
