Integral Nonlinearity chart for ADS7844N/1KG4

hi,

I am trying to cross out MAX147ACAP+T to ADS7844N/1KG4. In MAX147ACAP+T   datasheet, it has the integral nonlinearity chart which I cannot find it in ADS7844 datasheet. Can the expert share the following chart to me:

1. Integral nonlinearity vs code

2. Integral nonlinearity vs supply voltage

3. Integral nonlinearity vs temperature

Does Ti has equivalent information on this? Please share with me, thx.

    Hello kpk,

    We do not have all the information you listed available, but we do have one of the graphs. Integral Nonlinearity and Integral Linearity Error are the same parameter, these terms are used interchangeably. In the ADS7844 datasheet, on page 7, there is an Integral Linearity Error vs Code, this can be directly compared to an Integral Nonlinearity vs Code graph.

    The below Application note describes different ADC parameters, perhaps it can prove to be helpful
