Can i use the ADS1298R for 12- Channel

Is ADS1298R is 8- channel ECG  chip , I am looking for 12-Channel ECG Analog Front End. Can any one suggest or is same ADS1298R can be used.

    The ADS1298R is an 8 channel ADC that can measure 11 ECG leads and respiration rate. By contrast, the ADS1298 can measure 12-lead ECG with no respiration rate measurement.

    The way you can measure so many leads with so few channels is by measuring two limb leads directly, calculating the third limb lead and all the augmented leads, and measuring the chest leads directly through the use of the integrated WCT amplifier. On the ADS1298R, one channel is dedicated to measuring respiration and therefore cannot also measure an ECG lead.
