Hi,

I am trying to use the AFE4404 EVM GUI on a Laptop with Windows 10 and it it just hangs up on loading. I had this working on desktop PC with Windows 10 and got it working fine.

Is there any reason why it won't work on a Windows 10 Laptop PC?

Hi Paul,

It might be due to a missing update of Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.
.NET Framework 3.5 is needed for the GUI to operate without any issues.
Can you check if the .NET Framework 3.5 is installed on the Win 10 laptop?

Refer to section 9.4 of the AFE4404 EVM users guide to check and enable the .NET Framework 3.5.
