Input source for High resolution ADC

Ti has many high-resolution ADC and ADC driver. They have ultra low distortion. I think you need the ideal signal tone source for a test. 

General function or signal generator has about 70dBc lever harmonic. But your chip datasheets show harmonics under 100dBc.

    When making precision ADC THD measurements, you may need to use a bandpass filter for your input source to get a better THD value. Higher order filters will bring down the THD to the desired level. It's also important to note that coherent sampling is required and that you may need to tune the input to the ADC data rate to get a good measurement without windowing.
