I am missing some SPI information in the data sheet:

- What is the input capacity of the SPI I/Os?

- What is the maximum source- and sink-current for the SPI output?

    Hi Hans,

    We guarantee VOH min voltage level while sourcing 200uA and VOL while sinking 200uA.  Please refer to page 12 of the electrical characteristics table on the datasheet.  

    The input capacitance for ADS7950 CS/DIN is in the range of ~0.5pF per the IBIS model.  You may download the IBIS modelfor the ADS7950 on the link below.
