Kazuya-san,

The TLC5920 is an LED driver that only comes in DL package (and does not have DACA/B/C/D pins). Did you give the correct part number? I could not find a DAC with a similar number or name.

The TLC5960 is also an LED driver. Can you please check the part number again? Also, I generally do not support DAC converters, but I will mention this post to the DAC applications engineers.

Kazuya-san,

This is a fairly old device as far as Semiconductors go, old enough that really the only data that is available is what is published in the datasheet without kicking off a characterization effort.

My best guess would be something comparable to or worse than our modern products and that you most likely cannot drive anything greater than 20nF without some kind of compensation circuit (series resistor or some "tank" circuit concepts I've been developing though it is incomplete). That is making a lot of assumptions, though, so I would not consider that a reliable or guaranteed figure.
