We are trying to evaluate the ADS52J90.
The High Speed Data Converter Pro (HSDCPro) software reports error 91 (see attached screen capture).
The hardware and software are listed below.
Sequence to get the error:
When I start HSDCPro. I can select the ADC (ADS52J90) and the software loads the TSW1400 FPGA. The Configuration LED comes on and USER LEDs light up.
Then HSDCPro launched HMC-DAQ GUI. This is when I get the attached error message. I tried to ignore the message but don't get any data from the TWS1400.
I tried this on a Win XP (32bit) computer and a Win 7 (64bit) computer. I get the same error on both computers.
