LM98722 AFE getting heat

Hi,

I am using LM98722 AFE for interfacing CIS sensor. I have assembled my AFE in PCB and when I power up the circuit the LM98722 IC getting heat.

The heat gradually increases when I power on the board and its getting more heat.

I have attached my circuit schematic for your kind perusal.
