ADS127L01EVM GUI Cannot collect any dataAD

Hi,

I am testing ADS127L01EVM with GUI 'Delta-Sigma ADC EvaluaTIon Software'. Both the core application and device package have been installed on my WIN 7 PC. It seems the EVM has been correctly connected to GUI. On status bar of GUI it says "Hardware Connected. Ready ...". However, it seems there is not any response when I clicked the "Collect Data" button in Data Analysis Engine Window. No any data is collected. Below is the screen shot of my GUI. Could you please help me with this problem? (The EVM hardware is kept in default configuration.)

    Hi John,

    The Register values are not updated. Using the default jumper/switch settings, MODE (0x07) should refresh to 0x44. Could you try refreshing the register map?

    If that does not work, ensure the GUI/Device Packages are up-to-date. You can verify the GUI version under File -> About (the latest is 0.7.6.0). You can verify the ADS127L01 Device Package by opening the "ADS127L01_manifest" file in your browser (located in C:\Users\...\Documents\DSEvalSW\Devices\ADS127L01). The latest device package version is 0.4.2 (released 09/29/16).

    Hi Ryan,
    Thank you for help. The issue closed. It is due to the Jmper JP13 is not installed correctly. So the DVDD of ADC is not powered as default.
