Let me ask you some simple questions about ADC3222 as below. (datasheet page 8)
1) Eg(REF)
This Gain error spec includes "internal reference error", correct?
2) Eg(CHAN)
And this Gain error spec is the spec without "internal reference error", correct?
Do you have the min/max vlaue of this spec?
3) α(EGCHAN)
This spec has a unit of "Δ%FS/C" and its value is +/- 0.008.
What is "Δ"? and +/- 0.008 means "80ppm", right?
