DAC34H84 Usage with NCO Shift

I am using the DAC34H84 in one of the Transceiver design, it is currently a Zero IF Transceiver.

i am trying to Shift the carrier with NCO, where i see lots of Images across the Band. Can you suggest the register to Configure NCO Freq., NCO Enable and Mixer Enable.

How to operate the DAC in Full Complex Mixer mode. we Don’t want to go in to Coarse Complex Mixer mode.

Do we need to enable and configure the PLL for NCO operation?? can you clarify.

Hello,

The usage of the on-chip PLL or direct clocking mode is indepedent from the NCO usage. The NCO may be used with PLL enable mode or PLL bypass (direct clocking mode)
