AFE58xx Vin hi and low

In the AFE58xx data sheets the Vin for hi is specified from 2V to 3.3V.  Is this correct, since DVDD is 1.8V.  Can the SPI port on the AFE58xx be driven by 1.8V IO from a FPGA?
