interfacing tiva tm4c123 launchpad with afe 4490 evm GUI

Hello !

We have purchased afe4490 evm board & now trying to develop custom board with tm4c123 microcontroller & afe4490 ic.

So,we r using tiva tm4c123 launchpad with afe4490 spi interface.To check waveform data,we want to use evm GUI.

We r using usb_dev_serial example given for tiva with code modified for vid & pid corresponding to evm.First ,we r checking only usb & gui communication without any afe interface code.

The launchpad gets detected as AFE44x0SPO2-FE EVM in device manager.But, when gui is run, gui screen which gets displayed is attached in book1.xls

Also,as per communication protocol document of afe, When the GUI is started, the Device Identification command is issued by Book1.xlsxthe GUI to identify the EVM connected to the PC,   no device id command send by gui  to launchpad is seen in hyperterminal/putty2388.Book1.xlsx

Let me know what might be missing to establish communication between launchpad & gui.
