ADS 1258 CLKIO not stable

I am using ADS1258 with oscilator and PLL. AVSS to GND. AVDD to 5V. PLL cap 22nF. The crystal point I am getting stable 32.768 KHz. The CLKIO is giving intermittent clock with high gitter and varying frequency. The SPI lines are inactive. PWRDN and REST pulled high. The pin 7 (PLL CAP) shows stable DC voltage of abou 900mV. what could be the reason ?

    Hi Raveendran,

    Would you be able to provide a schematic and let us know the part number of the crystal you're using?

    Have you doubled checked that the CLKSEL pin is connected to ground, and that the power supply voltages are stable? Also, are the AVSS and DGND pins connected together?
