I'm using the LMP90100 IC and wish to know based on which criteria should I choose the value of RREF resistor?

RREF value along with excitation current source output IB1, IB2 determines the reference voltage. RREF should be selected with low tolerance and low drift since errors in the reference voltage will directly translate into errors in the conversion result.
