Hi,

I confirmed ADS7924 datasheet but I could not find about power on reset, so please let me ask following question.

Does ADS7924 have power on reset function?
Do you recommend to perform manual reset via RESET pin if there is no POR?
Does software reset have the same function with hardware reset by RESET pin?
Please let me know the recommended sequence like timing requirement at manual hardware reset at power-up if it needed.

Hi Sonoki-san,

1) The device has power-on reset (POR) circuit. Hence a manual reset is not required on power-on.
2) Software reset has the same function as RESET pin.
3) Manual reset at power-up is not needed as the device has POR circuit.
