What is the maximum output current for the CMOS outputs for DRVDD=3.3v?

    Hi,

    Please see the data sheet, page 5 (note 2), figure 84 (DRVdd current vs sampling clock and load at CMOS output) and page 50 for CMOS Mode power dissipation. Since the DRVdd current at CMOS mode is scaled with clock speed and load, we can give max current about 27mA at 10pf load with 125MSPS based on the plots on Figure 84.
