Hello

I didn't find solution in the previous posts on this subject.

I want to evaluate DAC38J84 and TSW14J56 together.

DAC GUI is ok and communicating with DAC. The EVM gui identifies the EVM, But when I select firmware and press send I get this error message:

Please help solving the problem, since the DAC is not working.

What version of HSDC Pro are you using? How about your Windows OS?

Did you run the Installer for HSDC Pro as administrator? Sometimes we have issues with the USB drivers not being installed properly. Try uninstalling the HSDC pro from program manager, then re-run the installer as Administrator.

Also when you run HSDC Pro, ensure that you are running it as admin.

I'm using Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit

HSDC 4.4

TSW14J56 REV D BOARD = T816ABOR

Re installing and running as administrator didn't help.

Izik,

How are you powering the TSW14J56revD? Please ensure that you have at least a 5V, 2.5A-3A supply. Once firwmare loads it will consume quite a bit of current.
