AMC1200 / Definition of Nonlinearity

Figures 16 through 20 in the AMC1200 datasheet are based on the operating conditions stated at the top of the page <At VDD1 = VDD2 = 5 V, VINP = –250 mV to 250 mV, and VINN = 0 V,> 'unless itherwise noted'. Figures 16 and 20 do not list 'other' conditions, so those graphs are based on VDD1 = VDD2 = 5 V, VINP = –250 mV to 250 mV, and VINN = 0 V. Figures 17 and 18 show linearity with VDD2 being swept from 2.7 to 3.3V and 4.5 to 5.5V respective.

Hi Kuramochi-san,

I'm not sure that I completely understand what you mean by "'worst value' on testing input voltage range". If you refer to Figure 19 in the AMC1200 datasheet, the two curves shown there are for input voltage sweeps between the linear negative and positive full scale limits. Linearity error peaks around -150mV and +75mV, is that what you are asking for? Or are you asking about worst case linearity with regards to the VDD1 and VDD2 voltage rails?

I'm asking not fig19 but fig16~18.
These are not shown the specific input voltage.

In figures 16-18, the input voltage is swept from -250mV to +250mV as noted in the conditions at the top of the page.

I'm sorry, I can't understand.

I'm understanding what figure 19 is swept the input voltage from -250mV to +250mV.

However, figures 16-18 seem to be swept VDD1.

What is my misunderstanding?
