Good morning E2E!

 DAC38J82, DAC38J83 support IEEE1500, we need a appropriate BSDL file to access these features.

 Can you please supply us with a full featured BSDL so as to access the test capabilities that are described in the datasheet sections 7.3.19, 7.3.20, and 7.3.21 as well as Table 19.

 As you might expect the reason I am interested in this is because we are having trouble getting data into and through the DAC. We can access it via SIF (SPI) just fine, but it is unclear as to whether the issues we are having are due to JESD204B setup or routing problems or other inboard setup problems. We need to be able to split up these functions to be able to solve this.
