DCLK and FCLK are LVDS outputs that expect to drive a 100ohm differential transmission line that is terminated with 100ohms differential resistance at the receiving end of the line. With this you will see the following specs

High level output differential voltage: 280mV min, 350mV nom, 460mV max
Low level output differential voltage: -460mV min, -350mV nom, -280mV max
Output common mode voltage: 0.9V min, 1.05V nom, 1.2V max

Just add in the pin functions table on page 4 the term LVDS for those 2 signals for the next update of the datasheet.
