push-pull mode of AFE4400

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AFE4400

I use push-pull mode to supply 7.6V & 5.6V to two LED.

LED is L4*730/4*805/4*850-40Q96-I. ( 730nm, 850nm used)

Can I use 7.6V & 5.6V to external supply in push-pull mode?

My AFE4400 was break down when I test the circuit.

According to 7.3Recommended Operating Conditions In the Datasheet of AFE4400,

VLED refers to the maximum voltage drop across the external LED (at maximum LED current) connected between the TXP and TXN pins
(in H-bridge mode) and from the TXP and TXN pins to LED_DRV_SUP (in the common anode configuration).

How can I measure or know the TXP and TXN pins to LED_DRV_SUP voltage?
