Single-ended to differential balun or circuits for ADC testing

Support Path: /Product/Device selection assistance/Find an amplifier/filter solution/Show me a library of board and system designs for my amplifier needs/

Hi,

I want to evaluate a 14-bit differential input ADC performance. The input bandwidth of the ADC is 2KHz with a common mode range and supply voltage of 0.9 and 1.8V, respectively. I am looking for a device to convert a signal generator output into a differential output with a common mode 0.9V.  The device or circuit would be a balun or electronic components such as opmap circuit, both of them are OK for my case. I would appreciate it if you give me favor how to select such a device.

Regards,

Mehdi

You can take a look at below application circuit. You may need to set common mode/supply voltage as per your application and tweak this design a bit.

You can also take a look at TI's fully differential amplifiers which can be used for this purpose (THS45xx series)

    Thanks & Regards
