Hi,

I have one set of above EVM, trying to use it to do some evaluation but I got difficulty to get it working. I do not have the Fluke SPO2 functional meter, so I directly put my finger in the DB9 sensors. What i can see is something like below screenshot, what might cause this error message?

And I go to do a finite capture, i will see below error pop up. May I know is this means that the board is not capturing any signal for SPO2 for analysis?

Is there anyway to make it work without the Fluke Meter?

Please help.

    Hi KH,

    Our EVM can be evaluated even without Fluke Meter.
    The screenshots seems to suggest that GUI is not getting data samples from the EVM.
    Following could be the possible cause for the same.
    1) AFE4400 is not configured correctly: You can either Reset the AFE4400 to EVM's default setting form "Global Setting" tab or use the sample timing register as given in datasheet ( Table 2 in AFE4400's datasheet).
    One way to verify the AFE4400's configuration is to probe ADC_RDY, you should get a pulse wave of frequency same as PRF.
    2) GUI is not able to receive the data: Issues with during installation or driver issue .
