Part Number: DAC37J84
Hello support team,
My customer found a problem on the DAC37J84 output linearity variation. A problem is;
1. Channel-to channel variation of the output level at low data bits (DATA=0x0001).
2. Comparing IOUTAP/N and IOUTCP/N, IOUTAP/N is 5dB higher than IOUTCP/N at DATA=0x0001. IOUTCP/N seems to be close to ideal.
3. No obvious difference at higher data bits (DATA=0x7FFF, 0x1000, 0x0100) between IOUTAP/N and IOUTCP/N. The difference can be seen only at DATA=0x0001.
Measurement conditions are;
- Config47(sifdac_ena=1)、
- Config48(sifdac)=0x7FFF, 0x1000, 0x0100, 0x0001
- DACCLK=614.4MHz
- Interpolation = x4
- NCO=138.3MHz
- Measured the differential outputs as single-ended signal thru balun.
Could you please give us your feedback whether it is device cause or not?
I would appreciate your prompt response.
Best regards,
Kaizawa
