AFE5816: input frequency response (mag & phase) and Spice model request

Hello, does a Spice model exist for the AFE (analog front end). I am interested in using this device in a sonar application and would like to simulate the input frequency response (mag & phase) at the sub 500kHz range. In the "typical characteristics" section of the data sheet, the input impedance and phase vs. frequency plots are asymptotic and do not show much detail in the 200KHz to 1.6MHz range. Is there additional data available for low frequency sonar applications?

    Hello Bob,

    Unfortunately we do not have spice model available for the device.
    In the AFE5816 datasheet, Figures 10 and 11 shows the magnitude and phase of the input impedance in the 500 KHz to 100MHz range.
    I am checking with my colleagues for the availability of impedance and phase data below 500 KHz range (20KHz to 500kHz).

    Hello Praveen, it would be helpful to impedance and phase data below 500 KHz range (20KHz to 500kHz). Also, is there a Spice model available that is similar to the integrated LNA in the AFE5816?
