I am bringing a design to market using the ADS7950. My manufacturer has told me that the footprint on my board is not quite right. They are saying the pads are too short or too close together. I wanted to verify the placement but the data sheet only shows the QFN part. Does anyone know where I can get package information on this chip?

If you look at your original post, you should see that the ADS7950 is hyper linked to the product folder for the device. At the top of the page, inside the 'Most Popular Links' box, you should see the Pricing/Packaging link. That takes you to the document I linked above. Not sure how the TQFP drawing got misplaced from the current document, but we'll get it back in there ASAP.
