Hello Vatsal,

The max SPI clock frequency is 20 MHz. The typical SPI clock depends on the ADC CLK for your application since we recommend synchronizing SPI clock with the ADC clock. For AFE5809, the ADC CLK can be between 20 and 65 MHz.

What is the dividing factor GUI use? For on board osc, 40Mhz. Thanks

The GUI does not use any dividing factor for the on-board osc. 40MHz.

Thanks, I have 24 coefficient for Filter, but it has a negative number as well. How can I load the negative number into coefficient RAM? Do I have to transfer 2's complement?

The filter coefficients are saved in 2's complement format as shown here on Page 70 of the datasheet.

Page 73 also goes into more detail on coefficient RAM mapping and configuration.
