We have purchased TSW1200EVM board but somehow we misplaced the CD and corrupt loaded EPROM file. so please send the complete VHDL source code of TSW1200EVM to reuse it. Please send the details at ramkumarpaul@gmail.com.
Thanking you

Hi,
if the eeprom on the board has been corrupted and you wish to program the correct contents into that eeprom again, then the source code would be the hardest way to go. There are actually two separate projects contained in that eeprom, one project for the LVDS dual data rate parallel bus configuration and the other for the LVDS serialized data format. The jumper on the board selects which bit file the FPGA will pull from the eeprom upon power up. The eeprom is large enough to hold two such Virtex bit files, and if need be an eeprom large enough to hold 4 bit files could have been installed, if we had ever needed that many options. What is programmed into the eeprom is two such bit files, packaged up using the Xilinx tools of the time to create an image to flash into the eeprom. There were a number of flags that had to be set a certain way for those two bit files to be properly formatted for the eeprom, and I doubt that I could recreate those after this much time. Also, the Xilinx tools that were used back then have changed much since then and no longer will install on a Windows 7 PC. I can send you the image that was programmed into the eeprom, so that if you have a Xilinx programming pod and the Xilinx development tools, you could program that original image back into the eeprom. We also have a folder with a batch file that was used to run the Xilinx programming pod, but I do know that that batch file no longer works with the current Xilinx installation as the path to the programming tools has changed over time, but you could still look into the batch file to see what flags and options were chosen for the programming pod, and adapt it to the current Xilinx programming environment.

Hi,
the zip file of the folder with the batch file to program the TSW1200 was emailed to the address provided. in the folder are the two bit files that go in the eeprom, but they are not really needed as the folder also contains the .mcs file that goes directly into the eeprom and was made from the two bit files.

Richard P.
