ADC32J25: Connecting ADC32J25EVM with EVMK2G

Hi,

I want to connect the 2 evaluation boards, namely ADC32J25EVM and EVMK2G with each other. How do I go about doing this ?

    Atul,

    I do not know anything about this EVMK2G, but at first glance, it does not look like it has an FMC connector, which would prevent you from plugging in the ADC32J25EVM. Also, since the ADC32J25 has a JESD204B interface, if this does not exist on the EVMK2G, you would have to use some type off adapter board that would allow you to plug the two boards together, plus convert the JESD data into parallel data which is probably required for the EVMK2G. Have you looked into using a LVDS version instead? This would probably be a better option for the EVMK2G. TI has an ADS4226 which is a dual, 12-bit, 160Msps ADC and an ADC3224, which is a dual, 12-bit, 125Msps ADC.
